History of the Mill House |

The Way it Was... Once a working, steam powered mill, The Phoenix Roller Mill, as it was known, produced "Stumps Best" flour. It was built in 1898 from locally quarried stone and brick from the village brickyard. Today it overlooks the Miami & Erie Canal and the Maumee River, one of Ohio's scenic rivers, and is the home of The Mill House Bed and Breakfast. |
