| Check In/Out...Check in anytime between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. We do not have a front desk and our day is planned around check-ins. Please let us know when you expect to arrive so we can be sure to be here to meet you. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. | |||||||||||||||
| Reservation/Cancellation Policy...Reservations are usually made in advance and need to be held with a $50 deposit per room per night. A 7 day cancellation notice is required for a refund.
For a full house (rental of entire inn) cancellation, a 30 day notice is required for a refund. Our method of payment is by cash, check, or credit card. Discover, Mastercard and Visa only. |

| Smoking Policy...In consideration of the other guests, there is no smoking in the building or on the Millhouse grounds. | |||||||||||||||
| Additional Information...No pets allowed. Due to the proximity of the canal and the Maumee River, we do not encourage children under 12. | |||||||||||||||
