    Check In/Out...Check in anytime between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM.  If this is not convenient, we will be glad to make other arrangements with advance notification. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. (Depending on arrival of other guests, we are very flexible on check in/out times.)  
                           
    Reservation/Cancellation Policy...Reservations are usually made in advance and need to be held with a $50 deposit per room per night.  A 7 day cancellation notice is required for a refund.

For a full house (rental of entire inn) cancellation, a 30 day notice is required for a refund.

Our method of payment is by cash, check, or credit card. Mastercard and Visa only.

 
                           
    Smoking Policy...In consideration of the other guests, there is no smoking in the building or on the Millhouse grounds.  
                           
    Additional Information...No pets allowed. Due to the proximity of the canal and the Maumee River, we do not encourage children under 12.
